Interesting! Was the message of the speech studied more, or rather the format and how it was presented, as in his charisma?

Since its a textbook, the content of the speech was more focussed on. When I opened my English Textbook this year [which I have done only once] I was surprised to find this speech included !

Interesting! This speech must have been included very shortly after the address was made. I wonder what the next “big” speech will be? Possibly Barack Obama’s “Change We Can Believe In”?

Have you ever seen Randy Pausch’s Last Lecture on Achieving Your Childhood Dreams? He was a computer science professor at Carnegie Mellon diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer, and gave his last lecture to his class on this. It is an extremely inspiring speech as well – he even gave an abridged version of his lecture on The Oprah Winfrey show.
