I want to apply for the SAT test,and i dont know where i can do this in Moldova. Also i”d like to know if there are special courses to follow before the test and if there are,if they are obligatory????
There are no special SAT courses other than preparatory courses offered by institutes, but they are not mandatory. It’s recommended that you study using preparation books such as the Official Guide, Princeton, or Kaplan. If you need extra practice or help a prep course may be beneficial.
There is a test center in Chisinau where you can write the SAT. You should check the CollegeBoard site for information and registration. Good luck.

Good luck on the SAT! If you want to do a prep course and want more than just a book there are new sites online that let you prepare. The big guys like Kaplan (www.kaptest.com) and Princeton Review (www.review.com) have online courses but there are newer companies that have interesting offerings too. PrepMe (www.prepme.com) is the one that I’ve read the most about because with them you get an online tutor from a top American university.
