The SAT and TOEFL are 2 separate, independent tests run by separate organizations. You’re likely to be required to take both in order to be able to get accepted into a US college, but some schools may only require one of the two, this depends on the individual school so you should check with them. I would advise you to take the TOEFL even if you’ve already taken the SAT, just in case it’s required from you.

SAT is a reasoning test & Toefl is the test to know about your english skills,
Toefl is required to all those countries whose language of instruction is english,if you had belonged to any country whose first language is English,you didn’t had required to give toefl!
